StarBridge Education is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Admin Assistant to join our dynamic remote team. This entry-level role is perfect for freshers or candidates looking to start their career in human resources and administration. As an HR Admin Assistant, you will provide vital support to the HR and operations teams, ensuring smooth administrative processes, employee coordination, and accurate record-keeping. This is a flexible work-from-home position, allowing you to gain hands-on HR experience without the need to commute.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the HR team in maintaining employee records, attendance, and database updates.
- Support recruitment processes, including posting job ads, shortlisting resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Prepare HR-related reports, spreadsheets, and documentation for internal use.
- Help onboard new employees and provide support for induction activities.
- Coordinate communication between HR and employees regarding policies and procedures.
- Assist in organizing virtual training sessions, employee engagement activities, and HR initiatives.
- Handle general administrative tasks like email correspondence, data entry, and report preparation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic familiarity with online collaboration tools.
- Ability to multitask, organize, and manage time efficiently.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to HR practices in a professional environment.
Experience
- Freshers are welcome; prior internship or experience in HR or administration is a plus but not mandatory.
Working Hours
- Flexible work-from-home schedule with 5 days a week (Monday to Friday).
- Standard working hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM IST (with some flexibility for remote coordination).

- Basic understanding of HR and administrative processes.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and reports.
- Problem-solving attitude and willingness to assist with team projects.
