In this role, you will support the academic operations of our platform by managing student records, coordinating with instructors, assisting with course schedules, and providing top-notch administrative support. Key Responsibilities
- Manage student databases and ensure accurate record-keeping for enrollments, attendance, and academic progress.
- Coordinate with instructors and course creators to organize classes, schedules, and course-related updates.
- Respond to student inquiries and provide administrative support for course registrations and certifications.
- Assist in preparing and distributing academic materials, documents, and reports.
- Maintain online filing systems and ensure proper documentation of academic processes.
- Support the academic team with research, reporting, and other administrative tasks as required.
- Ensure smooth communication between students, faculty, and the operations team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Education, Management, or any related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a remote environment.
- Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to handling tasks.
Experience
- 0-2 years of experience in administrative or academic support roles.
- Fresh graduates with strong organizational skills and eagerness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Working Hours
- Flexible remote working hours with core availability during 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST (Monday to Friday).
- Occasional weekend availability may be required during peak academic periods.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Knowledge of online education processes and e-learning tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable working with cloud-based systems and virtual communication tools such as Zoom, Slack, or Teams.
