Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a dedicated Ecommerce Admin Executive to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of our online store, including order management, inventory tracking, and providing backend administrative support to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update product listings, stock availability, and pricing on the e-commerce platform.
- Monitor and process incoming orders, ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment and delivery coordination.
- Track inventory levels and notify the team of any shortages or replenishment requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle customer queries and complaints via email or online chat in a professional manner.
- Generate daily and weekly reports on orders, returns, and stock movement.
- Support marketing teams by updating promotional products, banners, and discounts as required.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, shipping schedules, and inventory reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field preferred.
- Basic knowledge of online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment.
Experience
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in e-commerce, inventory management, or order processing is an advantage.
Working Hours
- Flexible remote working hours with a minimum availability of 4–6 hours per day.
- Occasional weekend support may be required during high-volume sales periods.
