Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat support in both Hindi and English.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with the internal team to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
- Follow company communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in Hindi and English (spoken and written).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and listening skills.
- Ability to remain calm and patient while handling challenging conversations.
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or BPO roles preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Working Hours
- Flexible 8-hour shifts, Monday to Saturday (rotational or fixed shifts based on project needs).
- Work-from-home role; a stable internet connection and a quiet work environment are required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Knowledge of basic customer service principles.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and ticketing systems is an advantage.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
