Job Summary
ZenBridge HR Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Online HR Coordinator to join our remote team. This female-only, entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about human resources and eager to gain hands-on experience in HR operations. As an Online HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting HR processes, assisting with recruitment, handling employee queries, and maintaining HR records, all while working from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting job ads, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
- Handle basic employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, and leave management.
- Prepare and circulate HR-related reports and communications to the team.
- Support HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement and performance evaluations.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company HR policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR functions and processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with online collaboration tools (Zoom, Google Workspace).
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely.
Experience
- 0–1 year of experience in HR, administration, or a related field (freshers with relevant academic background are encouraged to apply).
Working Hours
- Flexible remote working schedule with 4–6 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
- Occasional weekend availability for urgent tasks may be required.
