EchoAssist Services is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Customer Support Executives to join our remote team. This is a work-from-home opportunity offering both voice and non-voice support roles. As a Customer Support Executive, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth and positive experience for our clients across multiple communication channels. With flexible shift options, including day and night shifts, this role is ideal for individuals who are comfortable with remote work and eager to deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via phone, chat, and email (voice and non-voice processes).
- Assist customers with product or service-related concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide accurate information and follow up to ensure resolution of issues.
- Maintain and update customer records in the company database.
- Collaborate with team members and escalate unresolved issues to higher support levels when necessary.
- Meet daily and monthly targets for response times, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies and ensure data security in all communications.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional language skills are a plus).
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office, email, and online chat tools.
- Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Self-motivated with a disciplined approach to remote work.
Experience
- Fresher candidates are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or BPO is an advantage but not mandatory.
Working Hours
- Flexible shifts available: Day and Night shift options.
- Full-time and part-time schedules may be considered.
- Weekend availability may be required depending on project needs.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Knowledge of basic customer service principles and practices.
- Ability to use CRM or ticketing tools (training will be provided if required).
- Good typing speed for chat and email communication.
