BuyBay Online Store is seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic E-commerce Product Catalog Executive to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our online product catalog to ensure accuracy, consistency, and an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities
- Upload and manage product listings across various e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure product information, images, descriptions, and specifications are accurate and up-to-date.
- Categorize products correctly to improve search visibility and enhance user experience.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to update inventory and promotional details.
- Monitor product listings for errors, duplicates, or outdated content and make corrections promptly.
- Assist in the creation of product titles and SEO-friendly descriptions to increase product visibility.
- Maintain quality standards for product images and attributes according to company guidelines.
- Support in resolving product-related queries from internal teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Commerce, Business, or related fields preferred).
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data entry.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, or Magento (an advantage but not mandatory).
Experience
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in data entry, e-commerce cataloging, or content management will be an added benefit.
Working Hours
- Flexible remote working hours with a standard schedule of Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM IST.
- Occasional weekend support may be required during peak seasons or promotional campaigns.

- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced online environment.
- Basic understanding of online shopping trends and e-commerce operations.
