Job Summary:


HRMinds Consultancy is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual HR Assistant to support our Human Resources operations from the comfort of your home. This role is ideal for female candidates who are organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about assisting with HR functions, including recruitment coordination, employee engagement, onboarding, and administrative support. The Virtual HR Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth HR processes and helping our team maintain a positive employee experience.




Key Responsibilities:



  • Assist the HR team with day-to-day operations of the human resources department.

  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews, screening resumes, and maintaining candidate databases.

  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

  • Prepare and maintain HR documentation such as offer letters, contracts, and reports.

  • Handle employee queries and direct them to the relevant HR personnel when necessary.

  • Maintain and update HR information systems and databases.

  • Assist in organizing virtual training, webinars, and employee engagement activities.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices.




Required Skills and Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software or tools.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain confidentiality.

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a virtual environment.




Experience:



  • 0–2 years of experience in HR support, administration, or a similar role.

  • Freshers with strong organizational skills and interest in HR are welcome to apply.




Working Hours:



  • Flexible remote work schedule.

  • Standard availability expected for 4–6 hours per day (Monday to Saturday).

  • Basic knowledge of HR policies, recruitment processes, and documentation.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
