Job Summary:
HRMinds Consultancy is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual HR Assistant to support our Human Resources operations from the comfort of your home. This role is ideal for female candidates who are organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about assisting with HR functions, including recruitment coordination, employee engagement, onboarding, and administrative support. The Virtual HR Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth HR processes and helping our team maintain a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the HR team with day-to-day operations of the human resources department.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews, screening resumes, and maintaining candidate databases.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Prepare and maintain HR documentation such as offer letters, contracts, and reports.
- Handle employee queries and direct them to the relevant HR personnel when necessary.
- Maintain and update HR information systems and databases.
- Assist in organizing virtual training, webinars, and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software or tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain confidentiality.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a virtual environment.
Experience:
- 0–2 years of experience in HR support, administration, or a similar role.
- Freshers with strong organizational skills and interest in HR are welcome to apply.
Working Hours:
- Flexible remote work schedule.
- Standard availability expected for 4–6 hours per day (Monday to Saturday).

- Basic knowledge of HR policies, recruitment processes, and documentation.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
