Job Summary


TalkServe Solutions is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Work From Home BPO Agents to join our Regional Language Process team. As a remote agent, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer queries, and provide exceptional support in your preferred regional language. This role offers flexible shifts (day and night) and an excellent opportunity to start or advance your career in the BPO industry without leaving the comfort of your home.




Key Responsibilities



  • Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls efficiently in the assigned regional language.

  • Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer inquiries or complaints.

  • Maintain professionalism and empathy in every interaction to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Record and update customer details and call information in the company CRM system.

  • Follow company communication guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Meet daily/weekly performance targets related to call handling, resolution time, and quality.

  • Coordinate with team leaders and supervisors to escalate unresolved cases promptly.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.

  • Fluency in any regional language (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, Marathi, or others).

  • Basic proficiency in English for internal communication.

  • Good verbal communication and active listening skills.

  • Basic computer literacy and ability to work with CRM tools.

  • A quiet and distraction-free workspace with a reliable internet connection.




Experience



  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

  • Prior experience in BPO, customer service, or call center roles is an advantage but not mandatory.




Working Hours



  • Flexible Day and Night Shifts based on business requirements.

  • Shift duration: 8 hours per day with rotational weekly offs.

  • Candidates should be open to working weekends and holidays if required.
