Job Summary
SmartBackOffice is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our growing remote team. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals who are eager to build experience in administrative support and virtual office management. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling routine administrative tasks, and supporting day-to-day operations for our clients and internal team. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while gaining exposure to professional corporate workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain calendars, including scheduling and coordinating virtual meetings.
- Handle email communications, respond to inquiries, and manage follow-ups promptly.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and basic documentation.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in spreadsheets and company systems.
- Organize and manage files, ensuring all digital documents are up-to-date.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external clients to support administrative tasks.
- Track deadlines, appointments, and to-do lists to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide ad hoc administrative support to team members as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.

Experience

Working Hours
