Job Summary
Yuva Foundation is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated part-time NGO Field Assistants to support our ongoing social welfare initiatives. This role is ideal for college students who are passionate about community service, social work, and contributing to meaningful change. As a Field Assistant, you will work closely with our outreach teams to execute field activities, support awareness programs, and engage with local communities. This position provides hands-on experience in the NGO and social service sector, allowing you to develop practical skills while giving back to society.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of field projects, community outreach programs, and social campaigns.
- Conduct surveys, collect data, and report findings to the project coordinators.
- Help in organizing awareness drives, workshops, and events in target communities.
- Build rapport with local beneficiaries, volunteers, and community leaders to ensure smooth operations.
- Document daily activities, prepare basic field reports, and share updates with the management team.
- Support the team in resource distribution (books, stationery, health kits, etc.) during community programs.
- Uphold the values and mission of Yuva Foundation in all field interactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Sociology, Arts, Humanities, or any relevant field.
- Strong interest in community service and social development projects.
- Good communication skills in English and local/regional language.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people and maintain a professional attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word/Excel) is a plus.
Experience
- Fresher or previous volunteering experience in NGOs, community programs, or social campaigns is highly desirable but not mandatory.
Working Hours
- Part-Time: 3–4 hours per day or weekends only, depending on project requirements.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate college classes and exams.

- Comfortable with on-field activities, travel to local areas, and interacting with people.
