Job Summary


Hollister USA is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Key Lead – Door to Floor Supervisor to join our dynamic retail team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth store operations by overseeing product flow, from receiving shipments to presenting merchandise on the sales floor. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership skills, operational expertise, and a strong commitment to delivering an exceptional in-store experience for our customers.




Key Responsibilities



  • Supervise and manage the door-to-floor process, ensuring all shipments are received, processed, and stocked efficiently.

  • Coordinate with the management team to ensure merchandise is floor-ready, aligned with company standards, and replenished in a timely manner.

  • Lead, coach, and motivate team members to achieve productivity and operational goals.

  • Monitor inventory levels, address discrepancies, and support accurate stock management.

  • Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and adherence to health and safety standards.

  • Support in-store promotional activities and visual merchandising directives.

  • Assist in opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and ensuring store security.

  • Act as a role model for exceptional customer service and operational excellence.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business or Retail Management preferred.

  • Proven experience in retail operations, stock management, or supervisory roles.

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with team members and customers.

  • Basic computer proficiency (POS systems, inventory management tools, MS Office).




Experience



  • Minimum 1-3 years of retail or supervisory experience required.

  • Experience in inventory control, stockroom operations, or merchandise management is a plus.




Working Hours



  • Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by store operations.

  • Typically 30–40 hours per week, with occasional overtime during high-volume periods.

  • In-depth understanding of retail operations and merchandise flow.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Ability to lead a team, delegate tasks effectively, and drive results.

  • Attention to detail and commitment to operational accuracy and efficiency.
