Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers, providing an exceptional shopping experience.
- Assist customers with product selections, styling, and fitting room guidance.
- Maintain the sales floor by organizing merchandise, replenishing stock, and ensuring visual displays meet company standards.
- Promote Hollister’s brand image through customer interactions and personal presentation.
- Support store operations including cashiering, inventory management, and loss prevention practices.
- Collaborate with the store team to meet or exceed daily and weekly sales goals.
- Stay informed about the latest trends, new arrivals, and promotional campaigns.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, outgoing personality with a passion for customer service.

Experience
