Job Summary


Hollister Store is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Stock Associate to join our team. This role is critical in maintaining efficient store operations by ensuring that merchandise is accurately received, processed, and replenished on the sales floor. As a Stock Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining a visually appealing store environment and supporting the sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.




Key Responsibilities



  • Receive, unpack, and organize incoming merchandise shipments.

  • Maintain stockroom organization and ensure products are properly labeled and stored.

  • Replenish the sales floor with merchandise as needed to support sales goals.

  • Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness.

  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure the right products are available to customers.

  • Follow store policies and procedures for inventory management and loss prevention.

  • Assist with basic operational tasks, including tagging, folding, and organizing items.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

  • Physical ability to lift, carry, and move boxes and merchandise (up to 50 lbs).




Experience



  • Previous experience in retail, stockroom, or inventory management is a plus but not mandatory.

  • Freshers are welcome with a willingness to learn and adapt.




Working Hours



  • Part-Time Position: 15–25 hours per week, flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.
