Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain store cleanliness, including stock rooms, fitting rooms, and sales floors.

  • Support store merchandising, displays, and promotional setups.

  • Accurately process sales transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system.

  • Replenish merchandise and ensure all products are well-presented.

  • Uphold company policies, procedures, and loss prevention standards.

  • Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and weekly sales goals.

  • Deliver an outstanding brand experience that reflects Hollister’s culture and values.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Comfortable using POS systems and handling cash transactions.




Experience
