The ideal candidate will be fluent in Urdu and English, capable of providing excellent support through chat, email, and voice channels. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy assisting customers, resolving queries promptly, and ensuring a seamless customer experience—all from the comfort of home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide product and service-related information, assist with troubleshooting, and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments and follow up to ensure closure.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction logs and reports in the CRM system.
- Assist in enhancing the customer experience by identifying trends and recommending improvements.
- Adhere to company policies, service-level agreements (SLAs), and communication guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluency in Urdu and English (both written and spoken).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations, email, and chat tools.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced remote environment.
- A reliable internet connection and personal computer/laptop suitable for remote work.
Experience:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours:
- Flexible remote shifts; candidates must be willing to work evening or weekend shifts if required.
