Job Summary


SecureMalls Inc., a trusted leader in professional security solutions, is seeking dedicated and vigilant Hotel Security Guards to join our hospitality security team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and comfort of hotel guests, staff, and property. Whether working during the day or night shift, you will play a key role in preventing incidents, responding to emergencies, and delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor.



Key Responsibilities



  • Patrol hotel premises, including public areas, hallways, entrances, and parking facilities.

  • Monitor surveillance cameras and security systems to identify unusual activities.

  • Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergency situations.

  • Assist guests and staff with security-related inquiries or concerns.

  • Enforce hotel policies and maintain order in the event of incidents.

  • Prepare and maintain accurate security reports, logs, and incident records.

  • Work closely with hotel management and local law enforcement when necessary.

  • Provide escort services for guests or staff upon request, ensuring their safety.

  • Conduct routine inspections to identify safety hazards and report maintenance issues.



Required Skills and Qualifications



  • High school diploma or equivalent (security-related certifications preferred).

  • Proven integrity, reliability, and professionalism.

  • Basic knowledge of security procedures, safety protocols, and emergency response.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to remain calm and think clearly in high-pressure situations.

  • Physically fit to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.



Experience



  • Previous security, law enforcement, or hospitality industry experience preferred, but not mandatory.

  • Entry-level candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.



Working Hours



  • Flexible scheduling with day and night shifts available.

  • Weekend and holiday shifts may be required depending on operational needs.



Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities



  • Understanding of hotel operations and guest service principles.

  • Knowledge of access control, CCTV monitoring, and incident reporting.

  • Awareness of basic first aid and fire safety procedures.
