Job Summary


Concentrix is seeking motivated and energetic Seasonal Inside Sales Representatives to join our dynamic remote sales team. In this role, you will engage with potential and existing customers via phone and digital channels to promote and sell products and services during peak seasonal periods. You will play a vital role in driving sales growth, delivering excellent customer experiences, and meeting targets within a fast-paced, remote work environment. Key Responsibilities



  • Proactively contact potential customers to promote seasonal offers and services.

  • Respond to inbound inquiries and convert leads into sales opportunities.

  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.

  • Maintain accurate and timely records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.

  • Achieve or exceed daily and weekly sales targets set by the management team.

  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to maximize sales results.

  • Handle customer objections and negotiate effectively to close sales.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, concerns, and requests professionally.

  • Stay up to date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends relevant to the sales process.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

  • Previous sales experience, preferably inside sales, tele-sales, or customer service.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software and MS Office applications.

  • Positive attitude, resilience, and a customer-first mindset.

  • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and managing inbound inquiries.




Experience



  • Minimum 1 year of sales or customer-facing experience is preferred.

  • Experience working remotely or in a virtual team environment is a plus.

  • Seasonal or temporary sales roles experience is advantageous but not mandatory.




Working Hours



  • This is a seasonal, full-time position with flexible shifts to cover peak business hours.

  • Availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required depending on business needs.

  • Typical shifts range from 6 to 8 hours per day, Monday through Sunday as scheduled.
