As an Account Manager at Concentrix, you will serve as the primary point of contact between the company and our valued clients. Your role is crucial in managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to foster trust and retention.
- Act as the main liaison for assigned accounts, addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Understand client business objectives and align Concentrix’s services to meet those goals effectively.
- Manage contract renewals, upsell opportunities, and negotiate terms to maximize account profitability.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Sales, Operations, and Customer Support to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor account performance metrics, prepare detailed reports, and present findings to clients and senior management.
- Proactively identify risks and opportunities within accounts and develop strategies to mitigate or capitalize on them.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging client needs to advise clients strategically.
- Drive initiatives that enhance customer experience and overall satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in account management, client services, or sales roles, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in account management or related client-facing roles.
- Experience working remotely or in a virtual environment is highly desirable.
- Industry experience in technology, outsourcing, or customer experience management is a plus.
