Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat during night shift hours.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
- Guide customers step-by-step through solutions while maintaining a high level of professionalism and patience.
- Document and track customer interactions and technical issues accurately in the CRM system.
- Escalate unresolved problems to higher-level technical teams or specialists as necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service processes and technical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, data security, and quality standards at all times.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate assistance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in technical support or a customer service role, preferably in a remote setting.
- Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, networking, and common operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical users.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment during night shift hours.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with CRM software and remote troubleshooting tools is an advantage.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated home workspace.
Experience
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a technical support or IT helpdesk role is preferred.
- Experience working in a remote environment and managing customer interactions digitally is highly valued.
- Experience supporting a diverse customer base and handling complex technical issues will be an asset.
Working Hours
- Night shift schedule (typically 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, local time) with potential for flexible shift rotations.
- Must be able to commit to working during designated night hours consistently.

- Deep technical knowledge of IT products, troubleshooting procedures, and customer service principles.
- Ability to remain calm and patient when dealing with frustrated or confused customers.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to document work thoroughly.
