Key Responsibilities:



  • Create and organize shopping lists for customers based on their requirements.

  • Update existing lists with seasonal items, discounts, and trending products.

  • Communicate with clients via email or chat for any updates or changes.

  • Research best deals, offers, and product availability to suggest budget-friendly options.

  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality with customer data.




Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in organizing lists.

  • Good written communication skills in English.

  • Ability to research products and compare options online.

  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and grocery categories is an advantage.




Experience:

  • Previous experience in online shopping assistance or data entry will be an added advantage.




Working Hours:



  • Part-time and flexible working hours (2–4 hours per day).
