In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and verifying digital forms for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards. Key Responsibilities



  • Review submitted forms for accuracy and completeness.

  • Cross-check data with source documents to ensure validity.

  • Correct any discrepancies and update incorrect information promptly.

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and comply with data protection policies.

  • Submit daily verification reports to the supervisor.

  • Communicate with team leads regarding unclear or incomplete forms.

  • Meet assigned daily and weekly verification targets.



Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors quickly.

  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency with online tools.

  • Good typing speed (minimum 25-30 words per minute).

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Strong communication skills in English (written).

  • Reliable internet connection and a personal computer or laptop.



Experience



  • Freshers are welcome.

  • Prior experience in data entry, document verification, or similar roles is an advantage but not mandatory.



Working Hours



  • Flexible schedule – work at your convenience.

  • Minimum commitment: 2-4 hours per day.
