Job Summary


BlogGuard Pvt Ltd is looking for detail-oriented and proactive Blog Comment Moderators to maintain the quality and integrity of conversations on our blogging platforms. This is a part-time, fully remote position ideal for individuals who have strong reading comprehension skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to enforce community guidelines effectively. Your primary responsibility will be to review, approve, or reject blog comments while ensuring compliance with our standards.



Key Responsibilities



  • Monitor and review comments posted on blogs to ensure adherence to company guidelines.

  • Approve, edit, or reject comments that violate policies related to spam, inappropriate language, or off-topic content.

  • Identify and report any suspicious activities, spam, or abusive behavior to the concerned team.

  • Maintain a healthy and respectful environment in the comment section.

  • Provide feedback to the content team on recurring user concerns or feedback trends.

  • Respond to user queries or escalate them when necessary.



Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Strong command of English language (both written and comprehension).

  • Ability to identify inappropriate content quickly and accurately.

  • Basic understanding of blogging platforms and comment moderation tools.

  • Familiarity with community guidelines, online etiquette, and safe content practices.

  • Good decision-making and time management skills.



Experience



  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

  • Prior experience in comment moderation, customer service, or content review is a plus.



Working Hours



  • Part-Time Role: 2–4 hours per day.

  • Flexible shifts, but must ensure timely moderation as per assigned schedule.



Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities



  • Knowledge of online community behavior and user engagement trends.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.

  • Basic technical proficiency to navigate moderation dashboards and tools.
