Key Responsibilities



  • Curate engaging and trending music playlists for various genres, moods, and occasions.

  • Conduct research on music trends, audience preferences, and emerging artists.

  • Analyze playlist performance metrics and listener engagement to optimize content.

  • Collaborate with marketing, social media, and content teams to align playlists with campaigns.

  • Maintain organized music libraries and metadata for easy access and management.

  • Explore and experiment with innovative playlist concepts to enhance listener experience.



Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Strong passion for music and deep knowledge of multiple genres.

  • Excellent research skills and the ability to identify music trends.

  • Creative mindset with a keen ear for melody, rhythm, and playlist flow.

  • Familiarity with music streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, etc.).

  • Good communication skills for collaborating with team members.

  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media trends is a plus.



Experience



  • 1–2 years of experience in music curation, content creation, or related roles is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Experience managing playlists on digital streaming platforms will be an advantage.
