PodText Solutions is seeking meticulous and detail-oriented Podcast Transcriptionists to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will listen to a variety of podcast episodes and accurately convert spoken content into written text. This position is ideal for individuals with excellent listening and typing skills who are passionate about content creation, storytelling, and audio documentation. Key Responsibilities:



  • Accurately transcribe audio from podcasts, maintaining the speaker’s tone, style, and context.

  • Ensure grammar, punctuation, and formatting adhere to company standards.

  • Review and proofread transcriptions for accuracy before submission.

  • Maintain confidentiality of all audio content and sensitive information.

  • Meet daily/weekly transcription targets while adhering to deadlines.

  • Collaborate with team leads to clarify ambiguous audio segments when necessary.



Required Skills and Qualifications:



  • Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken).

  • Strong listening skills and attention to detail.

  • Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 40 WPM preferred).

  • Familiarity with transcription tools or software is a plus.

  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Google Docs, or equivalent.

  • Ability to follow formatting guidelines and instructions precisely.



Experience:



  • No prior professional experience is strictly required; freshers are welcome.

  • Previous experience in transcription, content writing, or audio editing is advantageous.



Working Hours:



  • Flexible work-from-home schedule.
