Key Responsibilities:
- Research and write compelling tourism guides, destination articles, and travel blogs tailored for Indian and international travelers.
- Develop informative content covering local culture, attractions, hotels, restaurants, and travel tips.
- Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to ensure content aligns with SEO strategies and brand voice.
- Edit and proofread content for accuracy, grammar, style, and consistency.
- Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and industry best practices.
- Suggest creative ideas for travel-related content and campaigns.
- Ensure all content is original, plagiarism-free, and engaging to the target audience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Tourism, or related fields.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Strong research skills with the ability to present factual information in an engaging manner.
- Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and content optimization techniques.
- Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with travel and tourism topics, Indian destinations preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 1–2 years of content writing experience; tourism or travel content experience is a plus.
- Experience in digital content platforms, blogs, or online publications preferred.
