Job Summary


CVCheck India is seeking meticulous and detail-oriented Resume Proofreaders to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, editing, and refining resumes to ensure clarity, accuracy, and professionalism. The ideal candidate has a strong command of English, excellent grammar skills, and a keen eye for formatting and presentation. This is a fully remote opportunity, allowing you to contribute from the comfort of your home while supporting job seekers in presenting their best professional image.



Key Responsibilities



  • Review and proofread resumes for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting errors.

  • Ensure consistency in style, tone, and structure across all resumes.

  • Enhance readability and professional presentation without altering the candidate’s original content.

  • Provide constructive feedback to improve resume quality.

  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive candidate information responsibly.

  • Meet daily or weekly productivity targets while maintaining high-quality output.

  • Collaborate with the CVCheck India team to implement best practices for resume standards.



Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

  • Strong grammar, spelling, and punctuation expertise.

  • Familiarity with resume formats, templates, and professional standards.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Comfortable with digital tools and remote collaboration platforms (Google Docs, MS Word, Zoom, Slack, etc.).



Experience



  • Prior experience in proofreading, editing, content writing, or HR/recruitment is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Freshers with excellent English skills and strong attention to detail are welcome to apply.



Working Hours



  • Flexible work hours with the option to manage your schedule.
