The selected candidates will assist in transforming handwritten, scanned, or raw recipe content into well-formatted digital ebooks, ensuring accuracy, readability, and aesthetic appeal.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately type and format recipes into digital ebook formats (Word, PDF, or designated software).
- Maintain consistency in style, measurements, and culinary terminology across all recipes.
- Proofread content for spelling, grammar, and formatting errors.
- Organize and categorize recipes according to type, cuisine, or meal course.
- Collaborate with editors or content managers to ensure deadlines are met.
- Occasionally convert images of handwritten recipes into text format.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent typing speed with high accuracy.
- Strong command of the English language, grammar, and spelling.
- Basic knowledge of formatting tools (Microsoft Word, Google Docs, or similar software).
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across multiple recipes.
- Basic knowledge of cooking terms, measurements, and culinary practices is preferred.

Experience
