Job Summary:


StarSupport Systems is seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative (Remote) to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities:



  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional manner.

  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.

  • Handle and resolve customer complaints with patience and efficiency.

  • Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.

  • Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and updates.

  • Meet performance metrics including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.




Required Skills and Qualifications:



  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote environment.

  • Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with email, CRM tools, and online chat platforms.

  • High level of professionalism and emotional intelligence when dealing with customers.




Experience:



  • Required: Minimum of 1 year in a customer service or related role (remote experience is a plus).

  • Preferred: Experience in technical support or handling escalated cases.




Working Hours:



  • Flexible remote schedule with availability for shifts between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (local time).

  • Weekend availability may be required based on business needs.

  • Strong interpersonal and active listening skills.

  • Ability to remain calm and empathetic under pressure.

  • Knowledge of customer service best practices and conflict resolution techniques.

  • Quick adaptability to new systems, tools, and processes.
