Job Summary:


DigiHelp Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Email Support Executive to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering timely, accurate, and professional responses via email. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.




Key Responsibilities:



  • Respond to customer queries and concerns through email in a clear, polite, and professional manner.

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently by researching and troubleshooting problems to provide accurate solutions.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions using internal CRM tools.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.

  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team or supervisor.

  • Adhere to company guidelines, policies, and quality standards for communication.

  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve customer service goals.




Required Skills and Qualifications:



  • Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and clarity.

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple email threads simultaneously.

  • Basic technical knowledge to understand and resolve common customer issues.

  • Proficiency in using email platforms, CRM systems, and MS Office applications.

  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.




Experience:



  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

  • Previous experience in email or customer support roles will be an added advantage.




Working Hours:



  • Flexible remote working hours with availability for 8-hour shifts.

  • Ability to work in different time zones, including evenings or weekends if required.
