Job Summary
PrimeAssist Hub is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Online Customer Success Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences and building long-term relationships with clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive outstanding support, guidance, and solutions to maximize their satisfaction with our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between the company and customers, managing all communications via email, chat, and video calls.
- Onboard new clients, guiding them through product setup and ensuring a smooth start.
- Proactively identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to improve product adoption.
- Handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor customer accounts to ensure engagement, prevent churn, and identify upsell opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical support, product) to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Prepare regular reports on customer metrics, satisfaction scores, and improvement areas.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zendesk.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, or Account Management.
- Prior experience working in an online or remote environment is an advantage.
Working Hours
- Flexible remote work schedule with core availability between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (IST).
- Occasional weekend support may be required based on client needs.

- In-depth understanding of customer success principles and retention strategies.
- Ability to build strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
