Key Responsibilities



  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity.

  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions for resolving problems.

  • Document issues, resolutions, and customer interactions accurately in the ticketing system.

  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level technical teams when necessary.

  • Provide timely updates to customers on the status of their issues.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality, professional support.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and basic networking concepts.

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Familiarity with remote support tools and CRM systems.




Experience



  • Entry-level candidates are welcome.

  • Previous experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or customer service is an advantage.




Working Hours



  • Flexible working schedule.

  • Rotational shifts may apply, including weekends and holidays.

  • Must be available for at least 8-hour shifts within business operation hours (24/7 support).
