TrustCare Services is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Remote Customer Engagement Partner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing world-class support and building meaningful relationships. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, resolving inquiries efficiently, and ensuring an exceptional experience at every interaction. Key Responsibilities



  • Engage with customers through multiple channels (phone, email, chat) to address inquiries, concerns, and service requests.

  • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and processes.

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly while maintaining professionalism and empathy.

  • Document customer interactions, feedback, and transactions accurately in the CRM system.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to process improvements.

  • Maintain knowledge of company offerings, updates, and promotions to provide informed guidance.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote work environment.

  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and willingness to learn CRM systems.

  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude in all customer interactions.




Experience



  • 0–2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or related roles is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Experience in remote work or virtual collaboration is an advantage.




Working Hours



  • Flexible working hours with options for full-time shifts.

  • Some rotational shifts may be required to accommodate different time zones.

  • Remote work from home setup.
