Job Summary


WebKey Data is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Virtual Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic remote team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for individuals who are highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working independently. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in our systems, supporting smooth business operations.


This position offers flexibility, the ability to work from home, and the opportunity to gain valuable experience in data management and digital workflows.




Key Responsibilities



  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and systems.

  • Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or discrepancies and ensure corrections are made.

  • Organize and manage digital files and documents systematically.

  • Support team members by generating reports and maintaining records as needed.

  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company and client information.

  • Perform other administrative and data management tasks as assigned.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Excellent typing speed with high accuracy.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.

  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently without compromising quality.

  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work.

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.




Experience



  • No prior professional experience required; freshers are welcome.

  • Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or similar roles is a plus but not mandatory.




Working Hours



  • Part-time role with flexible working hours.

  • Candidates must be able to commit to a minimum of 3–4 hours per day, 5 days a week.

  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively is essential.
