SmartEntry Ltd is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Home Based Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic remote workforce. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, managing, and updating data across various platforms, ensuring high standards of accuracy and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities



  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and systems.

  • Review and verify the accuracy of information before entry.

  • Ensure confidential and sensitive data is handled securely.

  • Perform routine data quality checks and identify discrepancies.

  • Collaborate with team members and management to streamline data entry processes.

  • Generate basic reports and summaries from entered data as required.

  • Meet daily and weekly data entry targets without compromising quality.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data management or computer applications preferred.

  • Excellent typing speed (minimum 35–40 WPM) with high accuracy.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Ability to follow instructions and adhere to data entry protocols.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.




Experience



  • Prior experience in data entry, administrative tasks, or clerical work is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Freshers with strong computer skills and attention to detail are encouraged to apply.




Working Hours



  • Flexible working hours; typically 4–6 hours per day.
