RapidEntry Systems is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Remote Form Filling and Data Entry Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working from home. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining information in our systems while ensuring timely completion of tasks. Key Responsibilities



  • Accurately enter and update data into company databases and forms.

  • Verify and review information for completeness and accuracy.

  • Maintain organized records of data entry tasks and activities.

  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.

  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet deadlines and ensure data integrity.

  • Assist with generating basic reports from entered data as required.

  • Identify and report discrepancies or errors in data to management promptly.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • High school diploma, equivalent, or relevant certification in data entry/administration.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.

  • Strong typing skills with a minimum of 35-40 words per minute.

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.




Experience



  • Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or related roles is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Experience working remotely is an advantage.
