Key Responsibilities

- Verify the accuracy and completeness of information before data entry.
- Perform regular data quality checks and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Generate reports and provide summaries of data when requested.
- Collaborate with team members and managers to support ongoing projects.
- Continuously suggest improvements to streamline data entry processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Fast and accurate typing skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines consistently.
Experience
- Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or related roles is preferred but not mandatory.

Working Hours
