Job Summary:


InfoType Hub is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Analyst to join our remote team. This role is designed for individuals who are highly organized, possess excellent typing skills, and have a strong commitment to accuracy. As a Data Entry Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, entering, and maintaining critical data in our systems, ensuring data integrity, and supporting decision-making processes across the organization. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to contribute from the comfort of your home while working with a dynamic and growing company.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in internal databases and systems.

  • Verify the completeness and accuracy of information by cross-checking records.

  • Generate reports, spreadsheets, and summaries as required by management.

  • Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors in data promptly.

  • Assist in data analysis to support business insights and operational decisions.

  • Collaborate with team members and departments to ensure smooth data flow and process efficiency.

  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.



Required Skills and Qualifications:



  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.

  • Strong typing speed with exceptional accuracy.

  • Basic understanding of data management and analysis concepts.

  • Attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.



Experience:



  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in data entry, data analysis, or a similar administrative role.

  • Experience with remote work or digital collaboration tools is a plus.



Working Hours:



  • Flexible work schedule with core hours from 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (IST) or as per team coordination.

  • Part-time or full-time options may be available depending on candidate availability.

  • Analytical mindset to interpret data and provide meaningful insights.

  • Proficiency in database management systems and cloud-based tools.
