Key Responsibilities



  • Accurately enter and update data from various documents into company databases and systems.

  • Review documents for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information and take corrective actions.

  • Organize and maintain electronic files and records in a structured manner.

  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive data.

  • Perform routine data verification and quality checks to maintain high data accuracy.

  • Collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes and workflow efficiency.

  • Generate reports as required for management or project purposes.

  • Meet deadlines consistently while maintaining high accuracy standards.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or office administration is a plus.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic database management.

  • Excellent typing skills (minimum 40 WPM) with high accuracy.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.

  • Familiarity with online collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom) is desirable.




Experience



  • 1–2 years of experience in data entry, clerical work, or administrative roles is preferred but not mandatory for motivated candidates.




Working Hours
