Job Summary


SaveLife Foundation, a leading nonprofit organization committed to improving health, safety, and emergency response systems in underserved communities, is seeking a passionate and results-driven NGO Fundraising Executive. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving financial support for our programs by developing and executing innovative fundraising strategies, building strong donor relationships, and contributing to the growth and sustainability of our initiatives.



Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet organizational targets.

  • Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with individual donors, corporate sponsors, and philanthropic organizations.

  • Plan and execute fundraising campaigns, events, and online donation drives.

  • Draft compelling proposals, grant applications, and fundraising communications.

  • Maintain accurate donor records, track contributions, and prepare reports for senior management.

  • Collaborate with the communications and marketing teams to promote fundraising initiatives.

  • Monitor trends in fundraising and philanthropy to recommend new approaches and opportunities.

  • Ensure compliance with all fundraising regulations and ethical standards.



Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Social Work, or a related field.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage donors effectively.

  • Strong writing and presentation skills for proposals and campaign materials.

  • Proficiency in fundraising software, CRM systems, and MS Office Suite.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to meet fundraising targets and deadlines.



Experience



  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, development, or donor relations.

  • Experience in corporate sponsorships, grant writing, and fundraising events is highly desirable.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing fundraising campaigns and donor portfolios.



Working Hours



  • Full-time position (Flexible working hours may be considered).

  • Some weekend or evening work may be required during fundraising campaigns and events.

  • Deep understanding of nonprofit sector dynamics and fundraising best practices.

  • Strong analytical skills to assess fundraising performance and opportunities.

  • Ability to build long-term relationships with diverse stakeholders.
