Job Summary


LifeCare Org is seeking a dynamic and strategic NGO Partnership Manager to build, manage, and strengthen relationships with non-governmental organizations, donors, and community partners. This role involves identifying collaboration opportunities, negotiating agreements, and ensuring the successful execution of joint programs to maximize impact and sustainability. The ideal candidate is passionate about social change, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a proven track record in partnership management within the nonprofit sector.




Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement partnership strategies aligned with organizational goals.

  • Identify and engage with NGOs, donors, and other stakeholders for potential collaborations.

  • Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure compliance with all terms and conditions.

  • Manage ongoing relationships with partners, ensuring timely communication and reporting.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute joint initiatives and projects successfully.

  • Track and analyze partnership performance metrics to optimize outcomes.

  • Represent LifeCare Org at events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

  • Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports for stakeholders and donors.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, International Development, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Proven experience in partnership development or stakeholder engagement, preferably in the NGO/nonprofit sector.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools.

  • Excellent report writing and presentation skills.




Experience



  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or donor relations within the nonprofit or development sector.

  • Previous experience in grant writing, fundraising, or corporate social responsibility (CSR) will be an advantage.




Working Hours



  • Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

  • Flexibility to work evenings or weekends for events or international partner meetings.

  • Deep understanding of NGO operations, donor expectations, and impact measurement.

  • Ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships with diverse stakeholders.

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset.
