Job Summary:
EduAid Trust is seeking a passionate and organized Education Program Officer to lead, manage, and execute education initiatives that empower underprivileged communities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing educational strategies, implementing learning programs, monitoring progress, and ensuring quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, plan, and implement educational programs in line with the organization’s goals.
- Coordinate with schools, local authorities, and community stakeholders for program execution.
- Monitor and evaluate program activities to ensure effectiveness and impact.
- Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and track program progress for internal and external stakeholders.
- Train and support field educators and volunteers for program delivery.
- Identify opportunities for expanding educational initiatives and partnerships.
- Manage budgets for assigned projects and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
- Organize workshops, awareness sessions, and capacity-building activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, Development Studies, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with diverse communities.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and report writing.
- Knowledge of education policies, child rights, and community development practices.
Experience:
- Minimum: 2–4 years of experience in education programs, NGO projects, or social development initiatives.
- Prior experience in program planning and execution is highly desirable.
Working Hours:
- Full-time: Monday to Friday (9:30 AM to 6:00 PM)
- Occasional travel and weekend work may be required for field visits and events.

- Strong understanding of educational frameworks and curriculum development.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under minimal supervision.
