We are looking for a Fundraising Assistant (Remote) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support the fundraising department by researching donors, managing communications, preparing proposals, and assisting in campaign execution. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing fundraising campaigns and online donation drives.
- Research and identify potential donors, partners, and sponsorship opportunities.
- Maintain and update donor databases with accurate and current information.
- Draft fundraising proposals, presentations, and thank-you letters.
- Coordinate with internal teams to create impactful fundraising materials and content.
- Monitor campaign performance and generate reports on contributions and engagement.
- Support event planning for online or offline fundraising activities.
- Handle donor inquiries and provide timely, professional responses.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in fundraising, nonprofit administration, sales, or a related role preferred.
- Freshers with strong motivation and relevant skills are encouraged to apply.
Working Hours
- Flexible remote working hours.
- Expected availability for 10–15 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours during peak fundraising periods.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Knowledge of fundraising principles, donor relations, and nonprofit operations.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain donor relationships.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills for developing innovative fundraising ideas.
