Job Summary


HopeBridge International is seeking an experienced and dynamic NGO Campaign Manager to lead and execute impactful campaigns aimed at driving awareness, engagement, and support for our humanitarian programs. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for social impact, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end campaign execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop compelling messaging, and ensure campaign objectives are met within deadlines and budgets.




Key Responsibilities



  • Plan, develop, and implement innovative campaign strategies for advocacy, fundraising, and awareness.

  • Manage the entire campaign lifecycle, from conceptualization to execution and post-campaign analysis.

  • Coordinate with internal teams, volunteers, and external partners to ensure seamless campaign operations.

  • Create engaging content for digital, social media, and offline platforms to maximize outreach.

  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and optimize for better engagement and conversion.

  • Maintain strong relationships with donors, sponsors, and stakeholders to secure campaign funding and support.

  • Ensure campaigns align with organizational goals, values, and compliance requirements.

  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate campaign outcomes to senior management and stakeholders.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in campaign management, fundraising, or advocacy roles within the NGO or nonprofit sector.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media strategies, and analytics tools.

  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure with tight deadlines.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM or campaign management software.




Experience



  • Minimum: 3–5 years of experience in campaign management, preferably within NGOs, nonprofits, or similar organizations.

  • Experience in donor engagement and partnership development is a plus.




Working Hours



  • Flexible working schedule with core collaboration hours between 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (local time).

  • Occasional evening or weekend work may be required during active campaign periods.

  • In-depth knowledge of fundraising principles and donor behavior.

  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills.

  • Creative thinking with a results-oriented approach.

  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
