Job Summary


PrimeAdmin Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth administrative processes. This role is critical in maintaining an efficient workplace, supporting various departments, and implementing office systems and procedures. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a dynamic business environment.




Key Responsibilities



  • Oversee and manage general office operations, including supplies, maintenance, and vendor coordination.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communication.

  • Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and documentation in compliance with company policies.

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and staff.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.

  • Support HR functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.

  • Manage office budgets, track expenses, and assist with basic financial tasks.

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain a professional office environment.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).

  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Manager, or similar role.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.




Experience



  • Minimum: 2–4 years of experience in office administration or related roles.

  • Experience in managing budgets, handling correspondence, and coordinating with multiple departments is an advantage.




Working Hours



  • Full-Time: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Occasional flexibility may be required for special projects or deadlines.
