Job Summary


WelcomeHub Services is seeking a dynamic and professional Front Desk Executive to serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and guests. The ideal candidate will ensure a warm welcome and provide exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations efficiently. This role requires excellent communication, multitasking abilities, and a friendly demeanor to maintain a positive company image.




Key Responsibilities



  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate department.

  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain visitor logs.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area at all times.

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth office operations.

  • Handle client queries and provide accurate information about company services.

  • Ensure compliance with security and safety procedures for visitors.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline.

  • Proven experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach.

  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.




Experience



  • Minimum: 1–3 years of experience in front desk operations or related roles.

  • Preferred: Experience in hospitality, corporate offices, or service-oriented businesses.




Working Hours



  • Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

  • Occasional Saturday work based on business requirements.
