Job Summary
WelcomeHub Services is seeking a dynamic and professional Front Desk Executive to serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and guests. The ideal candidate will ensure a warm welcome and provide exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations efficiently. This role requires excellent communication, multitasking abilities, and a friendly demeanor to maintain a positive company image.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate department.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain visitor logs.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area at all times.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth office operations.
- Handle client queries and provide accurate information about company services.
- Ensure compliance with security and safety procedures for visitors.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline.
- Proven experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
Experience
- Minimum: 1–3 years of experience in front desk operations or related roles.
- Preferred: Experience in hospitality, corporate offices, or service-oriented businesses.
Working Hours
- Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
- Occasional Saturday work based on business requirements.
