TaskBridge Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Support Specialist to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities



  • Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.

  • Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and organizing events.

  • Handle incoming emails, calls, and correspondence promptly and professionally.

  • Support HR, finance, and operations teams with data entry and document preparation.

  • Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders.

  • Prepare presentations, reports, and internal communication materials.

  • Maintain office systems, including digital filing and record-keeping.

  • Provide administrative support for recruitment processes, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve workflow efficiency.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Proven experience in administrative or office support roles.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Trello, etc.).

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.




Experience



  • Minimum: 1–3 years of experience in administrative support or similar roles.

  • Preferred: Experience working in remote or hybrid work environments.




Working Hours



  • Full-time role: 40 hours per week.

  • Standard business hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM), with flexibility for different time zones if required.




Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities



  • Knowledge of office administration and business processes.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.

  • Technological adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and systems.
