Job Summary
RapidDesk Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the business. You will handle a variety of administrative tasks including scheduling, data entry, documentation, and communication with internal teams and clients. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and calendars for management and team members.
- Organize and maintain electronic files and records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle email management, respond to inquiries, and provide timely communication.
- Assist with data entry, document formatting, and database updates.
- Coordinate virtual meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and preparing materials.
- Support daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors or management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Experience
- Minimum: 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or support role.
- Preferred: Experience in remote or virtual office environments.
Working Hours
- Flexible remote working schedule.
- Core hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday) in your local time zone.

- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Adaptability to new tools, software, and work processes.
