Job Summary


TaskPro Global is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee and manage daily office operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth functioning of administrative processes, maintain a productive work environment, and support teams across multiple departments. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, leadership abilities, and the capacity to manage tasks with precision and efficiency.




Key Responsibilities



  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory, ensuring proper stock levels and procurement.

  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and facility management for maintenance and services.

  • Supervise administrative staff and provide necessary training and guidance.

  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to improve efficiency.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and communication channels.

  • Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining company records.

  • Monitor budgets, expenses, and office-related costs while identifying cost-saving opportunities.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and legal requirements.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role.

  • Strong knowledge of office software (MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, etc.).

  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Ability to lead and motivate a team while maintaining a positive work environment.

  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.




Experience



  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in office administration or management.

  • Prior experience supervising staff is preferred.




Working Hours



  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (flexibility may be required for special projects).

  • Hybrid or remote options may be available depending on company policy.

  • Knowledge of administrative and office management procedures.

  • Financial and budgeting understanding for office-related expenses.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across teams.
