VirtualTask Hub is looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support in a fully remote capacity. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and assisting with day-to-day tasks to ensure smooth operations for executives or clients. Key Responsibilities



  • Manage and maintain calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments.

  • Handle email correspondence, filter important messages, and draft responses.

  • Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and related logistics when required.

  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and necessary documentation.

  • Organize virtual meetings and take accurate meeting notes.

  • Maintain confidential information with the highest level of integrity.

  • Perform research and compile data to support decision-making.

  • Provide general administrative support to executives and clients as needed.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.




Experience



  • Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in an administrative or assistant role.

  • Experience working remotely or in a virtual environment is a plus.




Working Hours



  • Flexible Schedule with core hours between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (as per client time zone).

  • Ability to adjust availability for urgent tasks or meetings if required.




Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities



  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Familiarity with virtual communication tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slack).

  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software or digital tools.
